By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to these terms, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from GRIP Intelligence, Inc. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt in by texting a keyword (such as "YES" or "START"), completing a web form, or providing verbal consent.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, depending on your interactions and preferences. Recurring messages may be sent based on your engagement with our services.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for details regarding your messaging plan. GRIP Intelligence, Inc is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

You can opt out at any time by texting any of the following keywords to any message received from GRIP Intelligence, Inc: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you re-opt in.

GRIP Intelligence, Inc reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the program or posted on our website. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Disclaimer

GRIP Intelligence, Inc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier. SMS message services are provided on an "AS IS" basis.
