Deal Scout is a voice user interface, a VUI, for a car dealership's sales floor. You ask about your customers in plain language and Scout answers out loud, then puts the customer list on screen behind the answer. It works from the same buying power GRIP already tracks across the store.

No. Scout is built for dealership language rather than a command syntax. "Who can trade out of a Tacoma today?" and "Show me service customers with equity" both work, and so do the other ways you might phrase either one. There is nothing to memorize and no software wording to learn.

Both, and the pairing is deliberate. A spoken answer is gone the second it is said, so Scout speaks the conclusion and leaves the evidence up. It might say "I found 23 customers. Eight have appointments today. I ranked those first," while the list and the filters behind it stay on screen, so nobody has to hold the detail in their head.

Yes. Scout keeps the thread, so "only service appointments today" and then "remove anyone contacted this week" filter the same search instead of starting a new one. You never restate the filters you already gave it. Say "open the first customer" and Scout opens that customer.

Scout asks. "Show me the best opportunities" could mean best by buying power or best by likelihood to trade, so it will ask which you meant. On a plain search it may instead take the most likely meaning and tell you the filter it applied. Before anything with consequences, like sending a message or assigning a customer, Scout confirms the exact action first.
